The agreement

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Sage. We've kept them in plain English. By creating an account or using Sage, you agree to them — so it's worth the few minutes to read.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing, or using Sage (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Sage.

2. What Sage is

Sage is a personal AI chief-of-staff. It remembers context about you across the channels you connect (web, voice, and Telegram), prepares briefings, reads and synthesizes documents you give it, drafts in your voice, and answers questions from your own memory. Sage is built on AI models from third parties, and the underlying models may change over time as we improve the Service.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You need an account to use Sage, and you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority where you live) to create one. You're responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for everything that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Sage to:

  • break the law or help anyone else break it;
  • harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others, or generate content that does so;
  • infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
  • attempt to breach, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service or its security; or
  • misrepresent Sage's output as professional advice from a licensed professional.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, especially where there's a risk of harm.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Sage offers paid subscription tiers (currently Personal, Operator, Team, and Sovereign). Paid plans are billed through Stripe, our payment processor — we never store your card number.

  • Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price, until you cancel.
  • Cancellation.You can cancel anytime through the billing portal in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
  • Refunds. Charges are non-refundable for partial billing periods except where a refund is required by law. A no-card trial becomes read-only when it ends unless you affirmatively choose a paid plan and provide a payment method.
  • Price changes.We may change prices; we'll give you reasonable notice before a change affects your renewal, and you can cancel if you don't agree.

6. AI output — important

Sage uses AI, and AI can be wrong.It can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information, and it may misread documents you give it. Sage's output is not professional advice — it is not legal, medical, financial, tax, or any other kind of professional advice, and using Sage does not create a professional relationship of any kind.

You are responsible for reviewing Sage's output and for any decisions you make based on it. For consequential decisions, verify with a qualified professional and your own judgment before you act.

7. Intellectual property

Your content stays yours. The conversations, documents, and other content you put into Sage — and the memory derived from them — belong to you. You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the Service for you: to store, process, and send your content to the providers described in our Privacy Policy so Sage can do its job.

The Service stays ours.Sage's software, design, branding, and the underlying product are owned by us and our licensors. These terms don't give you any rights to them beyond using the Service as intended.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, who we share it with, and the control you have over it. It's part of this agreement, so please read it.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its output will be accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sage and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. To the extent we are found liable, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

10. Termination

You can stop using Sage and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if needed to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; your rights to export and delete your data, described in the Privacy Policy, continue to apply.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date above, and for material changes we'll make a reasonable effort to notify you. Continuing to use Sage after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in [Jurisdiction], unless applicable law requires otherwise.
